Sarah Gabriel

BSW, MSW, RSW

We all know that life is full of ups and downs – trust me, I’ve been there. Sometimes it’s smooth sailing; other times, the waters are rough, and the storm is rolling in. Our “storms” can make us feel like we’re drowning in our own thoughts and emotions. If this feels familiar to you, I would be happy to support you through your journey. Therapy gives you the opportunity to talk in a safe space with no judgement.

My practice is focused on working with parents and siblings of individuals with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Disabilities and more. However, I also have a passion for working with people who are experiencing parental and caregiver exhaustion, challenges related to premature birth and NICU stays, anxiety, life transitions, new diagnoses, chronic illnesses, and stress. Using several therapeutic approaches, I cater to you, your needs, and your goals. I believe that you have the ability and strength to carry on. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way.

Through my own life experiences, I have come to learn that life’s storms are not meant to be lived alone. As a sibling and caregiver to a sister with Autism, I understand the challenges that life can throw your way and how draining they can be. If you are looking for a space to be heard and seen, then you’ve come to the right place. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you in your journey.
