My counselling sessions are designed to provide you with a space in which I can assess your thoughts and feelings and allow you to process your experiences. During our sessions, my role is to help you recognize and address your challenges and assist you in coming to a place of relief and balance.
The goal of each individual session is to support you in identifying, creating, and understanding yourself. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs.
Let’s face it, life can be demanding and sometimes it can be difficult to juggle it all! Fighting traffic or trying to arrange childcare to get to an appointment can be frustrating. That’s why I’m excited to offer video counselling sessions to individuals over the age of 18. Using Skype or even FaceTime you’ll be able to engage in a counselling session with me from the privacy and comfort of your own home. Video counselling works in a comparable way to the traditional face-to-face counselling, but with the convenience and flexibility that only video counselling can provide.
