We can meet in person at my office or go for a walk. When clients are willing and able, I like to take our therapy sessions outside to walk and talk. This makes things less clinical and is an opportunity to work towards trying to reduce some of the signs and symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.
Infertility Therapy & Postpartum Support
Becoming a mom and being a mom can be challenging. Finding an hour in your week to share with a supportive, well-trained infertility therapist & support can be a gift you give yourself and your partner.
Our online sessions are just as effective online - done from the comfort and convenience of your own home. It means not having to worry about childcare or having to leave the house. You can even meet with me in pj’s!

I focus on women, and their partners. If you have suffered the loss of a baby (perinatal loss) whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or termination or are struggling with pregnancy or postpartum issues, I would love to provide you with the tools and strategies to help you.
